    Tools

    1 oz Mezcal silver
    1 oz Mezcal aged
    1.5 oz Cointreau
    ½ oz agave syrup
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1 lime peal or slice

    Preparation

    1. Mix and long shake all the ingredients
    2. Rim the glass with salt and pour strained
    3. Garnish with a lime peal
