Ingredients

Glass

Tools

2 oz Mezcal silver
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz agave syrup
3 oz soda water
1 grapefruit wedge

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients except the soda water and give short shake
2. Rim the glass and pour
3. Top up with soda water
4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
