    Ingredients

    Glass

    Tools

    2 oz mezcal (karwinski)
    1 bottle tonic water
    1 dash of bitters
    1 lemon or grapefruit peal and rosemary sprig

    Preparation

    1. Build glass with ice and all the ingredients
    2.Top-up with tonic water
    3. Add bitters
    4. Garnish with a lemon peal
